Scientific managemen theory developed by Fedrick winslow taylors,principle of scientific management use the scientific methods to define the one best way for a job to be done.
Taylor did most of his work at the medvale and Bethelehem steel companies in pennsylvania as a mechanical engenier with a quaker and puritan background.
Taylors' Four principles of scientific management(Robbins et al 2007)
1.Develop a science for each element of individuals work which will replace the old rule of thumb method.
2.Scientifically select and then train ,teach and train the workers.
3.Heartily cooperate with thd workers so as to ensure that all work is done in accordance with the principles of the science that has been developed.
Many managers analyse the basic work tasks that must performed,use the time and motion study to eliminate waste motions,Hire the best qualifiea workers for a job and design incentive systems based on output,they're using principles of scientific management.But current management practice isn't restricted to scientific management.(Robbins et al 2007)
Bobbit spokemen for scientific educational management advocate that scientific management will help in the elimination of waste,efficiency of workers and continous use of facilities also concerned with finding the most efficient and effective educational methodology and utilizing supervisions that teachers carried out.(Dash 2008)

WADOGO ZETU
Uenda ukajiuliza maswali mengi kuhusiana na wadogo zetu,hivi wadogo zetu wanaweza kukwazikaje na kukerwa na mambo yetu wakubwa zao?pamoja na kwamba anaweza kutoa kutoka wazazi pia kuna mambo watoto wanaweza kuiga(imitate) kutoka kwa kaka,dada,mama,baba au jamii inayomzunguka na mazingira yanayomzunguka(Nature influence/environment influence) mfano mtoto anaweza kuanza kuongea lugha(language development) mapema kutoka kwa wazazi (biological heritage) au kutokana na jamii inayomzunguka(external influence). Tuwaonye wadogo zetu pale tunapoona uzembe katika kazi na wanapoonesha sifa mbaya kwa jamii yake. Tuwape kazi kulingana umri/uwezo wao hii ni kama motisha kwao na kuwafanya wafanye vizuri. Tusioneshe dalili yoyote yakumpendelea mtoto au baadhi ya watoto na huku wengine unawapuzia. Tuwape motisha(reinforcement) pindi wanapofanya vizuri au wapokaribia kufanya vizuri,mfano hongera jeni umepiga vizuri deki kesho ntakununulia gauni zuri sana. Tuwashirikishe katika kazi tunazoziendesha ili kumpa mtoto maarifa na kujifunza toka kwako,sababu wadogo zetu wanaiga mambo toka kwetu. Tupunguze adhabu kali ambazo zitamfanya mtoto kukuogopa na kumsabisha ashindwe kuiga au kujifunza mambo mengi muhimu kutoka kwako. Tuwafundishe maadili mema,wewe kama mtu mzima fanya jambo jema popote au muda wowote ili kuonyesha maadili mema na kuwazesha wadogo zetu kujifunza toka kwetu,hepukana na mambo ambayo yaweza kushushia cv (heshima) yako na kusababisha wadogo zetu kuiga hiyo tabia mbaya. Hayo ni baadhi ya mambo machache yakufanya kwa wadogo zetu,pia mambo yanaweza yakatumiwa na wazazi wetu kwetu,pia nasi kwa watoto zetu.Ahsanteee!!!!!
